Welcome to the world, baby girl!  What a beautiful little one.  She was a dream during her session! She was sleepy and comfy but we also were able to capture her pretty eyes when she was awake and didn't want to miss a thing!  I think her mom and I had too much fun ;-) It was so difficult to pick only a couple to share! <3

What a beautiful little lady!  I had a little fashionista on my hands who loved to pose, run, and search for deer!  We had so much fun on this beautiful day!

9.30.16 | Outfit tips for your fall photos

It's that wonderful time, again... Autumn!  Not only is this my favorite season, it is a perfect time for photos!  If you are wondering what to wear for your fall photo session, I have a few tips you may find helpful!

1. Choose a palette of a few colors (stick to no more than 3).  If your intention of the photos is art in your home, consider using colors in your home in your outfits.  Keeping fall in mind, jewel tones are perfect for the golden light of the season.  
2. Layer it up!  Layers add interest to your outfit while allowing you to add an accent piece or pop of color.  Plus, adding or removing a layer can change your look quickly!  Don't forget accessories: headbands, scarves, belts, jewelry...
3. Stick to coordinating outfits rather than matchy-matchy.  For a family or group, keep with your palette by choosing solids and patterns that include those colors.  Patterns can make your color scheme cohesive.  Be sure to stay away from large logos which can be distracting.
4. Most importantly... Pick outfits that are comfortable!  Being comfortable allows everyone to relax and enjoy the photo session experience.

6.30.16 | Happy 6th Birthday! Sneak Peek

A HUGE Happy 6th Birthday to this spunky and awesome gal!  I had such a blast chatting with her and going on adventures through gardens and woods to capture her personality and that picture-perfect smile!  She is so fun and charming... and one of the best models ever!

6.25.16 | Four Generations

I love when generations come together to celebrate each other... especially to welcome two brand new little ladies!  So many memories made already and so many more to be made together.  What a blessing to be able to have four generations together!  This family is beyond beautiful and their love truly shows.  I had such a lovely time working with them all to capture these special moments between spanning generations on a gorgeous summer day!  Not to mention how much I love working with Stephanie, Mike, and their twin ladies <3

5.7.16 | Torsiello Boardwalk Engagement Session

This couple is so very special to me and I was flattered when they asked me to photograph their engagement session!  I was even more excited to learn their theme!  Even though rain clouds were looming, we had a lovely day with beautifully diffused light.  I had a blast and could not stop cracking up the whole day... not to mention the super fun and yummy props!  And check out this gorgeous bride's dress... does it get any cuter than popsicles on a dress??!!?
Love these two so much and I wish them only the very best as they become Mr. & Mrs. <3

4.16.16 | The Figueroa Family

A beautiful morning in the gardens with this beyond beautiful family!  This little guy was super fun and liked showing off his dance moves... and how about that bow tie?!  The love between this couple is clearly evident and their devotion to their son is heartwarming.  I had such a lovely time with these three!

4.15.16 | Quigley Family Sneak Peek

Happy 1st Birthday, Colton & Riley!  I cannot believe they are already 1!  It seems like yesterday they we both cuddled up in their pea pod (Check out this post for their newborn session to see what I mean!)!  They are growing up so fast and into such awesome kiddos!  Their parents are such special and amazing people... I cannot wait to share more photos of this gorgeous and fun day!  For now... you will have to obsess (as I am) over this shot with these cuties <3

2.28.16 | Gracie (Almost 1!)

This little lady is very special and has made several appearances... Gracie is almost 1 and is learning something new everyday from silly faces to new words!  I cannot get enough of this sweet girl... good thing I am her aunt :-)
This photo is one that I have been waiting to capture and I knew Gracie would nail it!  I feel that this captures her delicate yet playful personality.  This was a family affair complete with mommy running in and out while laying her down because she is a girl on the move and did not want to sit still!

2.21.16 | Fun at the park

Fun times at the park with these three loves!  We were able to take advantage of the unseasonably warm winter weather and all of the fun attractions at the park.  Our visit was full of running, twirling, sliding, and swinging!  I had to join in ;-)

These two are such special people to me and I was flattered to be asked to capture photos for them for the holiday season with their precious and spunky Willow!  Sayen Gardens was the gorgeous backdrop and the weather was perfection!  I was so happy and honored to hear they shared these photos with the ones they love <3 What a handsome, fun-loving couple and pup!

This family holds a special place in my heart!  I could not wait to photograph these wonderful children at one of my favorite places known as Pole Farm.  On the morning we met, it was overcast and misty... it gave such a magical look to the photos!  These kids are such fun troopers and wonderfully cooperative even when I asked them to trudge into bug laden wild grasses!  Mom also jumped in and is quite the beauty! I am so joyful knowing their family members are cherishing these images (it was a secret session!) <3

Boy, do I love Princeton University (see my architectural obsession in an earlier post)... but what do I love even more??  Capturing images of a beautiful, fun family IN Princeton University!!
The weather was perfect on this autumn day and the Baker family was pure joy to photograph!
This little lady was on the move and her big brother was full of laughs!

What a true pleasure to have photographed this charming family.  This little boy was a dream to work with and such a sweet, cutie pie!!!  The weather was questionable just before we began but then it turned out to be the perfect day!  Sayen Gardens was the perfect backdrop for capturing these perfect, loving moments between three generations. <3
